Security Deposit of $150 is required to hold the date. The deposit is not used towards your end purchase, however, it will be returned in a timely fashion following your event.

Banquet Hall Rental: Our banquet hall facility will be available to you from 8:00am until midnight that night. The rental fee is $785.00 without catering services. Caters will be charged $100.00 for the use of the kitchen area.

Reserve the day before for only $210 and we will guarantee admittance to the facility by 10:00am the day before.

Catering Service: We offer professional catering services. See our current menu for pricing. If you choose our services, our rental fee will be discounted to $350.00. We will add 6% sales tax to our catering services.

Beverage Area Fee: A fee of $240 will cover cups, shot glasses, ice and two bartenders. Clean-up is also included at the end of the evening!

We open the bar at 5PM and close it no later than 11:30PM.

You are responsible for providing the beer and liquor. We provide the soda for only $1.30/person fee.

We are allowed to serve straight alcohol for bridal dance only

Decorating package: A $250.00 decorating package will include the following: Lighted Back Drop, Trellis, Archway, Artificial trees and podium. We will also provide white linen and white skirting for the head table, cake table, gift table and cookie table.
