At 309pm we were dispatched for smoke in the structure at Nulton Diagnostic in the College Park Plaza. While enroute, a 2nd call stated that they heard a long bang then then had an odor of smoke in the hallway.
Truck 3-1, Tower 3-1 and Engine 3-1 responded with 9. Truck 3-1 set-up on side A and split their crew to the interior and to the roof. The Engine stood by at the hydrant and the Tower setup in the rear of the structure. No conditions were found inside on the second floor, the roof crew found roof top unit # 20 was smoking and had oil on the roof outside of it. The roof crew shut down the power at the disconnect and also shut off the gas to the unit. 3 Deputy advised the management to have the unit serviced.Share our post
