Structure Fire in Boswell

At around 0500 units were activated to the borough of Boswell for a structure fire. Truck 3, 3 chief and the ric team (special services 3) made the response with a total staffing of 11. 605 units arrived on scene to a 2 story structure with fire showing. Upon arrival of the truck, 605 ic requested the roof opened up. Crew from the truck split into 2 groups. One group threw ladders and made access to the roof to vent while the other group threw multiple ground ladders to all sides of the structure. Once the fire was knocked crews from the truck assisted with opening up and overhauling the entire first floor of the building. The crew from the special services stood by for rit and made the fire ground “firefighter friendly”
